About the Role

  • We’re looking for someone who knows how to make training interesting, informative and interactive and has the runs on the board in execution across different modes of delivery, including taking a successful product to market.
  • You will utilise instructional models and prepare engaging content for various learning platforms, including webinars, e-learning modules, workshops and other consulting requirements, in collaboration with subject matter experts within Synapse. Much content already exists in old formats and we’re looking for someone to bring it to life, as well as produce new content.
  • You will also develop workshops/training offerings for delivery by Synapse staff to external organisations and identify measurable learning outcomes for all offerings.
  • The role will work in a multidisciplinary, warm and friendly team with other professionals across media, communications, marketing and digital marketing and will work closely with other areas of the business to ensure offerings are tailored to the market and are marketed accordingly.

About You

In addition:

  • Extensive experience in the design and development of training modules, more specifically for a commercial market.
  • Have a knack for translating the complex into simple and understand what engages an audience.
  • Initiative is key, and the ability to use your creativity to develop content that shines.
  • Have the demonstrated ability to communicate and liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to balance conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines.
