About the event

Join the WA Brain Injury Justice Forum to meet service providers from across the WA justice system. As a group we’ll:

discuss the incidence of brain injury in the justice system
develop a greater understanding of brain injury and its impact within a justice context
learn from each other as we explore ways to make current services more responsive to the needs of people living with brain injuries
launch the new Brain Injury Justice Sector Service Guide.

Please note this is a free event, a light lunch will be provided.

This event is held in partnership with WA Brain Injury Advisory Group.

WA Brain Injury Advisory Group

A voluntary group of professionals from across the sector who work and support people with a brain injury. Their services include: justice, alcohol and drug, family and domestic violence, housing as well as community services. Established by Synapse and the State Head Injury Unit in 2022, the group meets regularly to address ways to improve services.
