Design and Digital Coordinator

The Design and Digital Coordinator is responsible for designing a range of Synapse digital and offline collateral. They will work with the rest of the Synapse Marketing and Communications team to deliver digital marketing including social media and SEO.

Housing and Support Facilitator

Working in the day-to-day provision of tenants across multiple Synapse Housing and Support sites, this position provides strong leadership, coaching and mentoring to their team. They will also be the key contact for the individual, their carers and family members.
