About the event

Join us for an interactive, hands-on event based on real case studies.

Our Brain Injury Network event is a great opportunity to network with other service providers and healthcare professionals from across the ageing sector. Together, we’ll discuss our shared goal of how we can better support ageing Australians impacted by brain injury to live independently for longer. We will also be joined by guest speaker Amy Anderson who will be presenting on Emergency Preparedness.

Let’s create stronger connections with those who support the ageing community impacted by brain injuries.

Guest speaker

Amy Anderson – Project Officer – Disability Inclusive Disaster Risk Reduction, Queenslanders with Disability Network

Emergency Preparedness

  • Build a more individualised approach to emergency planning for someone with a brain injury.
  • See examples of resources that someone with a brain injury can use to create their plan.
  • Learn how emergency planning may differ when designing a plan for someone who’s ageing and/or living with a brain injury.
We hope to see you there!
