Are you living with brain injury and would like to connect with Information Consultants?

Do you support people living with a brain injury and want to learn more?

You’re invited to join Synapse and other Brisbane service providers at this community drop-in session.

This event is a fantastic opportunity to share information and collaborate with a shared goal of understanding how we can better support you. Come, meet the team, and learn how to navigate the different stages of the brain injury journey.

We will also have specialised Aged Care Consultant for those over 50, who wish to speak to someone.
