About the event

Meet up on the Sunshine Coast and connect with other people who’re over 65 and living with a brain injury. These groups will provide the opportunity to chat, provide support, education, and share some of your challenges, victories, as well as tips & tricks. Come and learn from other people’s stories and hear about different experiences of brain injury and issues that are important to you. You will be in a supportive space with people who understand.

Guest speaker  This month we welcome Fiona Adams – Care Finder – Sunshine Coast Region at Footprints Community to discuss the Care Finder Program, how the program specifically helps vulnerable older Australian’s, and who is eligible for intensive assistance to access aged care and other supports.
