Feeling stressed or run down, need to relax and unwind? Then this yoga class is for you! Presented by good friend of Synapse Julie Clark during Brain Injury Awareness Week 2021, this is an opportunity to take time out for yourself and join in this 40 minute class.
All abilities, carers and family members are welcome to attend. For the class, have somewhere quiet and comfortable to lie down, perhaps a couch or a yoga mat on the floor and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
