- Taking out a yearly membership at the zoo or somewhere similar, just for time to walk around and relax.
- Qigong (body-posture and movement, breathing)
- Regular acupuncture
- Float classes
- Body surfing
- Online dance classes
- Practicing laughing yoga

- Making an appointment with a trainer once a wek
- Regular counselling
