Osborne Park Hospital campus is home to Osborne Community Mental Health Service (Osborne Clinic) and Osborne Park Older Adult Mental Health Service which are part of a network of public mental health services throughout the north metropolitan area. To get to these services via public transport, take the train or bus No. 434 from Stirling station or bus 435 from Warwick Station. The nearest major road is Karrinyup Road (half a kilometre away). Car parking is available at the hospital.

Osborne Community Mental Health Service

Services Provided:

Outpatient assessment and treatment
Individual, group, couple and family therapy
Staff include psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists and psychiatric nurses.

Programs Available:

Rehabilitation Programs
Counselling and Group work
We can help with:

Adults, ages 18 – 65 years.
Psychiatric disorders.
A full range of occupational therapy groups are available for clients attending the clinic.

We cannot help with:

Alcohol and drug addiction.
Marital problems.
